**About the Role**:
**Client Onboarding & Support**
- Lead Client Onboarding: Manage and lead the training of new clients, ensuring they are proficient in using our property management platform.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide timely support for troubleshooting issues, bug reporting, and managing integration requirements.
- Product Enhancements: Work closely with business partners to gather and manage technical/product requirements for new features and enhancements.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Task Coordination: Efficiently manage task delivery across internal and external teams, including the tech team, sales team, and business partners.
- Communication: Maintain constant communication with users at all levels (Top Management, Managerial, Executive, Property Management, Construction Team, Homeowners) to ensure they utilize the platform effectively.

**Workflow Development & Consultancy**
- Develop Workflows: Create and consult on workflows, reporting, and best practices to optimize client operations and improve their use of the platform.
- Insight Generation: Provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements based on client data and usage patterns.

**Client Satisfaction & Renewal**
- Relationship Management: Proactively manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and facilitate yearly renewals for each account.
- Client Retention: Implement strategies to maintain and increase client retention rates through continuous engagement and support.

**Sales Support**
- Presentation Assistance: Assist the sales team with pre-sales and post-sales presentations, technical Q&A sessions, and product demos.
- Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team in planning go-to-market strategies.
- Travel: Willingness to travel on a case-by-case basis within Klang Valley or outside Klang Valley as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client onboarding, technical support, and product management.
- Strong understanding of property management processes and software solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in workflow development and process optimization.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the property management industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,995.99 - RM6,405.90 per month
