Position: IGT Customer Care
**Requirements**:
- SPM & above
- Experience in Customer Service or Airline Travel Industry related jobs are encouraged to apply
- Able to speak & write in Mandarin
**Duties & Responsibilities : Customer Care related issues**
- Reservations
- Bulk bookings
- Notification
- Re-booking
- Credit card verification
- Queues Management
- To be able to Handle Customer queries & with good customer Service skills and travel related services keeping in mind various SLAs like quality, AHT
**Additional Information**:
- Working Location: Subang Jaya
- Working Days: 5 Days Working in a week
- Off Days : 2 Days a week
- Working Time: Rotational Shift
- Basic Salary: RM4000 - RM4500 will be decided after interview
- Travel Allowance: RM20 daily
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
