Product & Community Executive (Social Media)

**Who We Are Looking For**:
Hashmeta is seeking a fresh graduate (minimum Diploma) as Product and Community Executive (Social Media), to be part of our Influencer Marketing team that is in charge of community management for StarNgage - a global influencer marketplace. It will be your role to build professional relationships with the Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) / influencers and our clients, using your experience and knowledge to ensure that the solutions we build for our clients are of the highest standard.

Supported by a Business Development Director and a Social Media Community Manager, and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will be expected to assist to run the day-to-day management, regular communication and liaison with the influencers. This involves cross-collaboration across teams, which will provide you with lots of learning opportunities.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Communicate and maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients and influencers.
- Prepare and maintain influencer lists based on clients’ requirements.
- Follow up on influencers’ enquiries in detail and assist them.
- Communicate, build and maintain professional relationships with influencers.
- Assist on the creative/content angle for each campaign, working closely with the assigned project team.
- Coordinate each campaign with the stakeholders.
- Follow up on enquiries/complaints of current/prospective clients in a timely manner with professional service skills.
- Ensure deliverables are managed effectively and completed on time.
- Understand User needs and convey constructive feedbacks to the Management.
- Continuously seek improvement to enhance the team’s performance and work efficiency.
- Keep abreast of the current trends within the influencer community.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Minimum diploma in either _Marketing, Business or Mass Communication_.
- An opportunity for _Fresh Graduates_.
- Experience in related scope, social media scope, marketing or customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service ethics, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills to be able to work in a team and external stakeholders.
- Able to communicate proficiently in written and spoken English. Additional language is a plus.
- Strong organisational, coordinating and customer service/interpersonal skills.
- Social media enthusiast.
- Ability to build professional relationships.
- Ability to multitask on a number of projects.
- Ability to prioritise well and maintain focus.
- Thrives on taking ownership of projects and delivering best-in-class executions.
- Proactive, taking the initiative - a self-starter and problem solver.

- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice - advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
