**Responsibilities**:

- Consistent in creating engaging content to increase followers and engagements for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin, Twitter, and Youtube Shorts.
- Generate content ideas mainly based on current Malaysian trends, culture, and news while keeping up to date with international trends and news.
- Analyze Social Media statistics and summarize them for reporting.
- Responding and engaging with social media followers.
- Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and amplify content.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and contest.
- Maintain running Facebook Ads to ensure all the creatives and copywriting match the ad campaign.
- Manage external clients’ social media profiles.

**Job Requirements**:

- More than 2 years of working experience in social media management.
- Must be proficient in Malay and English language, both written and verbal.
- Willing to learn and expand knowledge related to and beyond social media management.
- Able to think creatively and out-of-the-box of creating content.
- Able to use Canva Pro effectively to produce social media content.
- Familiar or able to learn and adapt to various social media management tools and software such as Buffer, Later, Linktree, 123RF, and Copymatics.
- Able to execute Basic Graphic/Video editing is an added advantage.
- Understanding of advance Facebook Ads management will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with multi-departmental team members and strong coordination to execute social media campaigns.
- Able to multi-task, motivated, takes initiative, and is proactive in handling tasks.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
