**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop potential merchants’ portfolio and to ensure that the sales target is achieve monthly.
- To build a strong business rapport and consistent business support from merchants.
- Recommend actions to inactive merchants or merchants conducting fraud business, to superior.
- Manage merchants sales claim level and loan cancellation ratio.
- Review regularly action plan to achieve short-term / long-term sales target.
- Work closely with other team members to complete tasks within stipulated time.
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
- To keep customers and merchant’s information private and highly confidential at all times.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability of all information assets those are protected.

**EXPERIENCES, KNOWLEDGES & SKILLS**
- At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working knowledge / experience in business development or consumer credit financing in sales and marketing; i.e.; automotive financing.
- Good analytical, presentation, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a diverse group of people.
- Pleasant personality and able to work with minimum supervision, and independently.
- Individual with high commitment, hard Working & able to work under pressure.
- Have a keen eye for details, highly organized with excellent follow-up.
- With valid driving license and possess own transportation

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Merchant Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa, English, Mandarin (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
