What You’ll Do
Our Delegate Acquisition Division is a dynamic, results-driven team with a supportive management culture. We invest in talent, providing structured training, career growth opportunities, and performance-based rewards. In this role, you will:
- Research key industries to understand trends and challenges, communicating insights to senior executives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
- Build and maintain a database of existing and potential clients using our CRM tools.
- Refine professional sales skills, including value-based selling and consultative engagement.
- Attend and support events, ensuring smooth execution and enhancing customer experience through face-to-face interactions.

- An excellent communicator, with strong verbal and written skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A team player, able to collaborate and contribute to a high-energy sales environment.
- Previous experience in conference or B2B sales is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
