**Job Title: Production Technician**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Production Operations**
- Operate and monitor moulding machines to produce products according to specifications.
- Mix and prepare compounds as per standard operating procedures.
- Execute line change and start-up procedures, including setting machine parameters.
- Monitor daily production output, reject rates, and efficiency for irregularities.
- Prepare and submit moulder’s tickets and production reports accurately and on time.

**2. Quality Control**
- Follow all quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Perform basic product inspections, approving or rejecting items based on quality requirements.
- Report unusual defects and communicate process deviations to the Moulding Manager.

**3. Safety and Compliance**
- Conduct routine safety checks and immediately report any hazards or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at workstations.
- Participate in emergency response activities when required.

**4. Problem Solving & Reporting**
- Identify and troubleshoot product rejects or production abnormalities.
- Report line stoppages, downtime, and mechanical issues to maintenance and management teams.
- Maintain accurate records of compound usage to support product traceability.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
- Prior experience in production, moulding, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be a **Malaysian citizen (Warganegara)**.
- No criminal record.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
