**Key Responsibilities**
- Capture and produce **photo and video content** for social media.
- Edit short-form videos for platforms like **TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube**.
- Create **simple poster or banner designs** using Designer tools.
- Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Write **basic captions and copywriting** with also using many multimedia tools.
- Learn and assist with **ad setup and budget management** for paid campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in content creation, videography, or social media.
- Skilled in **photo/video shooting** using camera or smartphone.
- Basic knowledge of editing tools such as **CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Photoshop**.
- Familiar with current social media trends and storytelling.
- Able to work **independently and as part of a team**.
- Willing to learn and start **immediately**.

**Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus)**
- Experience running or assisting with **Facebook/Instagram Ads**.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics or campaign reporting.
- Creative mindset with good visual sense.
