Overall Accountability: Responsible for Tenancy Renewal & Negotiations Communication. Overall General Responsibilities : 1.1 Executing renewal activities for the shopping mall’s properties. 1.2 Assist Tenancy Admin Manager on formulating and implementing Tenancy renewals chronologically ensuring timely renewal of all current tenancies. 1.3 Conduct market research and update on new property developments in order to keep abreast with the latest shopping mall’s leasing rates in the market. 1.4 Establish and maintain good relationships with tenants/prospects and real estate agents as well. 1.5 Attend to tenancy renewal matters including negotiations, finalize the rental with other relevant lease terms that regulated by the management and issuance of lease documentations such as Letter of Offer for lease, Tenancy Agreement and etc. 1.6 Assisting Leasing Managers on vacant possessions handover and handback of premises from tenants with fit-out department. 1.7 To carry out any other additional assignment/duties as directed by the management.
