**Job Scope: Procurement Intern**

**Record Maintenance**:

- Ensure all purchasing records are accurately updated and maintained periodically.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly purchase reports.
- Update and maintain the approved vendor list.
- Assist with yearly vendor performance assessments.

**Documentation**:

- Issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with lead times.

**Order Monitoring**:

- Monitor order statuses and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.

**Supplier Performance**:

- Monitor and ensure suppliers meet on-time delivery schedules according to the procurement plan.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
