**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To manage supplies of laboratory consumables to Wards, OPD, ED, OT.
- To prepare Covid PCR kit, Covid RTK kit.
- To assist store keeping and checking of stocks
- Responsible for the collection of specimens from Stat lab (4th floor).
- To dispatch the laboratory reports after validation to the respective clinics immediately.
- To ensure all reports dispatched are signed by the receiver.
- To go to HTAR as and when required to collect blood and blood components.
- To go to branches/hospitals when needed.
- To perform other miscellaneous tasks as and when required.

**TANGGUNGJAWAB**:

- Mengurus bekalan bahan guna habis makmal ke Wad, OPD, ED, OT.
- Menyediakan kit PCR Covid dan kit RTK Covid.
- Membantu dalam penyimpanan stok dan pemeriksaan stok.
- Bertanggungjawab untuk pengambilan spesimen dari Makmal Stat (tingkat 4).
- Menghantar laporan makmal selepas pengesahan ke klinik-klinik yang berkaitan dengan segera.
- Memastikan semua laporan yang dihantar ditandatangani oleh penerima.
- Pergi ke HTAR apabila diperlukan untuk mengambil darah dan komponen darah.
- Pergi ke cawangan atau hospital apabila diperlukan.
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- MUST HAVE own motorcycle & valid driving license

**SYARAT-SYARAT**:

- Calon lelaki diutamakan
- MESTI mempunyai motosikal sendiri & lesen memandu yang sah

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
