**Business Development Assistant**
**KJ Group MY (Labuan-based, HQ in Japan)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities, especially in areas such as blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization, and digital financial services.
- Support internal projects by working closely with departments such as marketing, operations, compliance, and product development.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support business planning and internal reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and proposal drafts for management use.
- Help monitor the progress of ongoing strategic projects and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to business development efforts.
- Assist in the coordination of internal meetings, workshops, and planning sessions.
- Provide general administrative support to the business development team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in a business development, administrative, or financial services environment.
- Strong interest or basic understanding of fintech, blockchain, or digital financial services is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with the Labuan FSA environment or experience supporting trust companies will be an added advantage.
