Ethics & Compliance Training and Communications

Job Description

The Ethics & Compliance Training and Communications Program Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that the Company's Ethics & Compliance team operates smoothly and supports the needs of Western Digital's business units. The Ethics & Compliance Training and Communications Program Analyst will be an integral member of the Ethics and Compliance Group in the Legal Department and will report to the Manager, Ethics & Compliance Training and Communications.
Support the development and administration of the Company's Ethics and Compliance Training & Communication Program for delivering compliance training content and compliance matter updates to tens of thousands of employees worldwide
- Coordinate, plan, and facilitate delivery of instructor-led trainings
- Project manage the creation and delivery of the Annual Global Code of Conduct Training for Asia Pacific Direct Labor and Technician employees
Support implementation of Training Guidelines into training decks
- Partner with SMEs to update E&C intranet pages as needed and track activity
- Assist E&C Communications Analyst with projects when needed
- Perform administrative duties associated with conducting instructor-led training (including pre-training prep work, administering schedules, creating and processing sign-in sheets and post-training assessments, travel coordination, conference room & IT setup, training calendar invitations and management, etc.)
- Use LMS to enter and monitor employee training completion, develop and maintain training reports and statistics, and run library and custom reports
- Work with business partners to field training-related inquires and provide system support to employee LMS users
- Other special projects and duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively on legal and compliance issues verbally and in writing, in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to understand, learn, and use new technology and systems
- Proven troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, including having follow-through and discipline to stay on track with projects
- Strong work ethic and ability to produce high quality work product under deadline pressures
- Committed to growth mindset and continuous improvement
- Honesty, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude and approach in the workplace
- Experience with graphic design programs including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience working as an LMS administrator or data analyst preferred
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup
- Experience working in the legal and/or ethics and compliance fields a plus
- Experience working inside a global company is preferred, but not required
- Project management experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills

- Ability to work effectively in a global environment and sensitivity to cultural differences
- Position requires little to no travel
