**Here are the responsibilities**:

- **Prior experience** in managing and resolving clients’ issues and inquiries in a professional manner.
- To **consult** and evaluate a client's business progress involving and achievements throughout the 1 year.
- To understand and have an interest in the business fundamentals preferably within the **Business Management, Finance & Human Resources** industry.
- Prior experience in managing business reporting, financial and human resources process.
- To manage, prepare, and keep a record of the client’s database and progress report.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with the clients throughout the program to increase customer efficiency.
- To respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a good relationship with Hasbul Brothers clients.
- To liaise and work closely with the Customer Relations department to ensure customer service efficiency.

**Desired skills & requirements**:

- **Important**:

- At least **2-5 years of experience **in the Business Administration/ Finance/ Account/ Human resources industry.
- To have an interest in the fundamentals of business knowledge and management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering great excellent service.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
