**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations as needed.
- **Sales Generation**: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure that products are neatly displayed and organized.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store by following merchandising guidelines and participating in store layout changes.
- **Cash Handling**: Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
- **Store Maintenance**: Keep the store clean and tidy at all times, including regular cleaning of shelves, counters, and displays.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about Miniso products, promotions, and sales events to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, and contribute to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
