Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operations of the office.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence efficiently, both digital and physical.
- Maintain and update company records, contracts, and administrative databases.
- Liaise with external service providers (e.g., cleaners, maintenance contractors, office equipment vendors).
- Coordinate logistics for company meetings, events, and staff activities.
- Assist in arranging travel bookings for team members, including flights, accommodation, transport, and travel claims.
- Monitor and manage office maintenance, utilities, and equipment servicing schedules.
- Prepare administrative reports and summaries as required by management.
- Support HR and finance departments on administrative matters (e.g., staff attendance tracking, claims processing).
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required to ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to administration.
- Assist in implementing improvements in administrative systems and procedures.Any adhocs tasks will be assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
