The Admin Assistant supports the production team and management by handling daily administrative and operational tasks. This includes coordinating with internal departments, preparing and managing production documentation, monitoring inventory and office supplies, maintaining records and filing systems, managing petty cash, and ensuring compliance with company policies, Halal, and food safety standards. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting smooth production operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide general administrative support to the production team and management.
- Assist in coordinating operational and production arrangements, ensuring smooth workflow between departments.
- Support effective communication between R&D, logistics, sales, procurement, and other internal teams.
- Assist in the creation, management, and amendment of production documentation, reports, and packaging labels in compliance with Halal and food safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain purchases and usage of office supplies, production PPE, inventory, materials, and equipment; ensure stock records are accurate at all times.
- Ensure all records, processes, and executions comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Handle data entry and maintain databases related to production and inventory information.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documentation pertaining to production, inventory, and compliance requirements.
- Manage and handle petty cash for production-related purchases and expenses.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
