Requirement and Job Scope
- Min Diploma in Engineering Mechanical / Electric or equivalent field with min 1 year of working experience in the manufacturing industry
- Good leadership, organization, and planning skills.
- Knowledge of the production process and manufacturing process preferably equipment assembly.
- Knowledge in production planning, machine handling, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of electric motor handling
- Good communication skills in verbal and written Bahasa Melayu, English, and interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people from multiple functions.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented with strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and expect to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time as opportunities arise.
- Independent, trustworthy, reliable, and must be a team player.
- May work shifts or overtime (OT) whenever necessary.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
