Responsibility:

- Safely transport Directors to and from various locations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and ensure it is well-maintained, scheduling regular service appointments to avoid breakdowns.
- Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic and weather conditions, to ensure the fastest and safest journey.
- Provide privacy and confidentiality, ensuring that all conversations within the vehicle remain private.
- Assist Directors with loading and unloading their belongings, ensuring careful handling of sensitive materials.
- Adjust travel plans as needed, responding to changes in schedules or routes with flexibility and efficiency.
- Report on time and to provide transportation services to the director.
- Handle the daily mailing activities for the Company.
- Perform ad hoc duties as and when required.

Requirement:

- Minimum PMR / SRP or with at least 2 years of experience as company driver
- Possess valid Class D driving license Malaysia
- Have a clean driving record.
- Physically fit, responsible and discipline individual
- Punctually is a MUST
- Flexible and can work overtime during rest day or public holidays
- Average age from 25 years old to 40 years old.
