Logistics Administrative Assistant

In-charge of outgoing shipments and preparing shipping documents (i.e. commercial invoices, packing list and airway bills)
- Follow up and track suppliers’ orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist in receiving new shipments of products and checking them for accuracy and completeness
- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Arranging shipments, logistics and to track and trace consignments
- Assist in maintaining stock inventories
- Attend to various ad-hoc tasks as and when required
**Job Requirements**
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience
- Able to work independently and under pressure during peak seasons
- Self-motivated, responsible and attention to details
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
