**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Customer Relationship Management**
- Act as the final escalation point for complex customer complaints, leading the resolution process and formulating systematic improvement plans.
- Support the establishment of a customer satisfaction monitoring system, analyze feedback data, and drive service process improvements.

**2. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate effectively across departments to close the loop on customer pain points.
- Develop standardized solutions for recurring issues to reduce repeated complaints.

**3. Executive Support**
- Assist senior leadership with service-related administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, attending strategic meetings, and coordinating cross-functional resources.

**4. Strategic Involvement**
- Represent the customer service team in company-level initiatives (e.g., product upgrades, marketing campaigns), ensuring that customer needs are considered in decision-making processes.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of international work experience.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to proactively handle pressure and be accountable for both customer experience and team outcomes.
- Expert problem solver with the ability to analyze root causes and make quick, well-rounded decisions.
- Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience at the core of service delivery.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Background in **Human Resources**:

- Willingness to occasionally work across time zones

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
