**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Understand customer needs and manage the sales process.
- Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with other sales team members, marketing, and warehouse to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assign by management.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- A diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong self-learning abilities and a keen interest in continuous development.
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast spaced environment.
- Proficiency in mandarin speaking to liaison with mandarin stakeholders

**What We Offer**:

- Basic Salary**:RM3,500 - RM4,500** (depending on experience)
- Monthly **performance incentives & allowances**:

- 5-day work week (Mon-Fri)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
