We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven **Sales & Marketing**to promote our resort’s rooms, packages, and events. This role comes with a basic salary **plus commission**, rewarding high performers with attractive earnings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute sales & marketing strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Promote resort packages, events, and services to individuals, companies, and travel agents.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up with potential clients.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the resort’s growth.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales/marketing, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good networking and customer service skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality is an advantage.
