**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible and to ensure smooth boarding for all vessel operation’s charterer / owner all in type of vessel operations.
- Responsible for responding principal enquiries and preparation of estimate disbursement account for ship activities.
- Liaise closely with vessel / terminal & local planner for any stowage matter to ensure safe cargo operations and on time vessel turn around.
- Maintain communication with all relevant authorities, port operators and vessel owners/charterer.
- Manage overall branch activities including operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales & marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Business Studies / Management / Economics / Marketing or equivalent.
- **Minimum 8 years**’ **working experience in Managerial position and LOGISTICS/FORWARDING/SHIPPING INDUSTRY**:

- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Possess strong planning, management, analytical skill and business acumen.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Have great people skills, with experience and extensive knowledge in sales and marketing and management in related industry.
