Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance
- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaign
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
- Identifying/contacting new customers in new market to expand the business
- Analyzing business prospects and seeking business growth opportunity
- Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in eCommerce or Marketing or equivalent.
- Strong responsible and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player, aggressive, optimism, self-motivated and independent.
- Preferable with 1-2 years’ experience in e-commerce or social media
- Proficient with Microsoft office Applications, Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, some of Video editing skill is an added advantage.
- Able to read and write in both English and Mandarin. Other language will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
