To be responsible for coordination, make appropriate booking arrangements and dissemination of information to relevant parties for Academy’s committee meetings;
- To keep in the strictest confidence all information relating to the Academy, ;
- To produce documentation that is of a high standard in appearance, accurate and reflects the style and ethos of the Academy;
- To keep the database and related documents up to date, produce reports and other documents which may be required, including minutes of meetings in a timely manner;
- To receive and respond (upon consultation with and approved by the Management) to enquiries concerning Academy matters from employees, students, external organisations, and members of the public;
- To coordinate with Academic Department in the analysis of learners’ data, for Departmental reports to the Management;
- To support for external accreditations and internal review requirements;
- To support for international collaborations and partnerships;
- To support at all times in accordance with Academy’s policies, e.g., Health and Safety; promotes the inclusion of students with learning difficulties and disabilities across Academy; and
- To assist and coordinate in organising special events as and when required by the Management.

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum a Diploma (Bachelor’s degree is preferred) in related field from a nationally accredited institution;
- Proven experience (2 - 3 years) of the administration of university/college/institution, academic operations and programme;
- Knowledge of Higher Education and TVET Regulations, Quality Assurance, and compliance procedures; and
- Experience of committee work and organising a busy workload with sometimes conflicting priorities, to meet deadlines.
- Good standard of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage);
- Comprehensive IT skills, with good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages including social media;
- Skills in higher education/institution management and learning software;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Excellent organisational skills and management of resources;
- Ability to be pro-active and display initiative, and willingness to learn and acquire new skills;
- Ability to present information in appropriate formats according to audience and fit for purpose;
- Willingness to accept additional responsibilities with understanding and commitment to supporting the Academy to meet its targets for success; and
- A professional and supportive team player who enjoys effective collaboration with colleagues.
