**NOC Leader**
- Salary : Max RM 10 000

- Working Days and Hours: This project must work as a shift hour. 3 shits per day. 24*7.
- NORMAL (Monday - Friday)

- Oversee NOC front office teams for surveillance, operational support, and configuration management.
- Ensure 24/7 monitoring and control of network alarms.
- Manage TT/WO solutions.
- Ensure team competency and address training needs.
- Supervise the technical help desk.
- Maintain agreed SLAs for surveillance, customer complaints, and IT solutions.
- Prepare and manage daily reports.
- Oversee NOC operations, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
- Manage communication with clients regarding SLA/KPI performance, and with other organizations regarding site handover issues with ROT.
- Address and resolve network-related issues.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and systems.
- Experience with network monitoring and surveillance tools.
- Proficiency in handling Trouble Tickets (TT) and Work Orders (WO).
- Familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in a NOC environment.
- Experience in configuration management and technical support.
- Proven experience in managing and leading NOC front office teams.
- Ability to ensure 24x7 network alarms surveillance and control.
- Competence in managing the technical help desk and providing operational support.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining team competency and identifying training needs.
- Ability to manage and analyze daily reports related to NOC operations.
- Competence in monitoring and fulfilling SLA/KPI requirements.
- Proficiency in handling customer complaints and IT solutions within agreed SLA parameters.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,303.69 - RM10,379.68 per month

**Experience**:
