- **Job description**:

- Responsible in handling and maintaining proper office documents record
- Liaise with service provider, local authority, financial institution
- Assist Building Manager on operation, administration and finance
- Assist Accounts Manager on account related matter
- Able to write minutes of meeting would be an added advantage
- Assist to generate billing and send out to the purchasers
- Assist to send reminder to the defaulters
- Responsible in general office administration
- Attending incoming inquiries and complaints
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by superior

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: 44 per week
