**RESPONSIBILITIES***:
**Our HR Solutions is an organization built to provide support to employees, managers, and HR colleagues around the world to ensure they can resolve HR questions, complete HR tasks, and get support from HR to allow them to focus on their roles in making a difference for people around the globe. As the HR Functional Specialist, you will work with the HR organization, employees, and managers across a wide variety of HR processes and transactions.**:
**Key Objectives / Deliverables**:

- ** Work closely with the Hiring Manager and/or Primary Recruiter to understand the requirements for interview scheduling for Mass Recruitment / High Volume.**:

- ** Tracking and monitoring interview scheduling requests using case management tool and Workday.**:

- ** Scheduling interviews via Workday and Outlook, and promptly updating case management tool with interview updates/status.**:

- ** Attend weekly meetings with Primary Recruiters to address open issues and discuss improvements.**:

- ** Prepare weekly turnaround time report and monthly performance metrics.**:

- ** Provide feedback and information to support high quality information in the HR Solutions.**:

- ** Assist in testing upgrades and new system functionality.**:

- ** Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.**:

- ** Involvement in ad hoc activities or project.***:
**Requirements**:

- ** Preferable with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in any field is required for this position.**
**However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.**:

- ** Possess good command of written and spoken **English.**:

- ** Must be able to work on shift (12pm - 9pm).**:

- ** Experience in using Workday system (Preferable).**:

- ** Preferable knowledge in HR.**:

- ** Strong Data Management skills.**:

- ** Strong oral and written communication skills.**:

- ** Strong customer service orientation.**:

- ** High level of integrity and confidentiality.**:
