Business Development Executive

**Job Role**:
- Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on high-impact revenue generation activities.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competition, and client needs.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and cultivate potential clients, managing a pipeline of prospects through to successful conversion.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, negotiating and closing business deals that align with the company’s goals.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with external stakeholders and establish partnerships that enhance the company’s position in the market.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives, leveraging resources to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report on sales activities, targets, and results; provide regular forecasts and updates to management.
**Job Requirement**:
1. Experience: Minimum of [2 years] in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in [IT industry-related field].
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
3. Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
4. Traits:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
