**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Invoice and Packing list for shipment, and liaise with authorities for COO and other shipping documents required.
- Coordinate import and export shipment with Freight Forwarding Company and transporter for shipping documents and custom clearance.
- Expedite and follow up timely delivery of imported goods from forwarder, and transporter for supporting project schedule.
- Evaluate forwarder and transporter performance based on their delivery, quality and services and ensure all criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations.
- Administer compliance to LMW regulation, laws, guidelines, policy and ISO requirements and control.
- Ensure proper filling of all documents and records at all time for review.
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any disciplines
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field
- Well versed in warehouse management, shipping procedures and LMW knowhow
- Responsible, motivated, able to work independently as well as team work
- Able to communicate and write simple English.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
