**Position**: Asia Quotation Coordinator - Chinese Speaking

**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and responsive **Quotation Coordinator** to support our sales teams in **China and Southeast Asia**. In this role, you’ll create customized travel quotations and work closely with internal teams to meet client needs efficiently and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather travel service details such as hotels, meals, guides, and more based on requests from the sales team.
- Prepare accurate and cost-effective tour quotations tailored for the **Chinese and Southeast Asian markets**.
- Communicate closely with regional sales teams to understand client requirements.
- Handle inquiries related to travel arrangements and policies promptly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the sales team, ensuring smooth and professional coordination.
- Support any additional tasks or projects assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in **Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration**, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in **travel or hospitality** is preferred.
- Proficiency in both **Chinese and English** (written and spoken) is **required**.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate availability or short notice is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,867.52 per month
