Location: Northern region (Penang, Kedah)

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee operations across three canteens, requiring regular travel between locations for management and quality control.
- Ensure all canteens are operational, including handling money and ensuring QC, QA, and SOP adherence.
- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations across all canteens.
- Conduct food quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA), manage wastage, and oversee proper money handling procedures.
- Prepare staff rosters and, when needed, work hands-on at stations to ensure efficient operation.
- Facilitate effective communication between canteen logistics and person-in-charge (PIC) teams to ensure seamless operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in canteen or food service management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food quality and safety standards (QC/QA).
- Ability to travel frequently within the Northern Region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising between teams.
- Hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving.
