Building Manager

In charge and responsible for overall maintenance and management of the buildings.
- Overseeing daily routine activities including cleaning, security, waste disposal, pest control, landscaping, and any other relevant service providers for the building.
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring the regular building maintenance and repair which including lift & escalator, chiller & air handling unit, generator set, fire protection system, electrical and water supplied and other facilities in the building.
- Handle ad hoc/ emergency repairs
- Attend to the complaints
- Practice effective communication and relationships with stakeholder/ client.
- Reporting to client and superiors
- Abide and comply with relevant laws and codes specially on Strata Management Act 2013 and Strata Management (maintenance and management) Regulation 2015.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in Property/ Real Estate/ Building/ Facilities Management, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good in problem-solving skills
- Able to code with pressure
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Good team leader
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Labu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
