**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Initiate, coordinate, and drive quality improvement. Resolve all quality issues related to operation, process and any human related.
- Improve process capability to achieve better product/module yield, quality and customer specification & requirement.
- Prepare WI (work instruction), Control Plan & FMEA. Provide relevant training for technicians/supervisor/trainers.
- Ensure all process integrity by monitoring process performance through the use of various statistical tool.
- Improve on process cycle time (or UPH) for constraint product/module lines.
- Collaborate with internal and external customer to define quality/process requirements and expectations.
- Initiate cost reduction project on IDMs to achieve cost competitive vs benchmark.
- Work closely with Mechanical and Electrical engineer for new product introduction and ensure a good “hand-shake” before new product (module) release for production.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum an Engineering Degree in any related engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Basic personal management skills in motivation, organizing, planning and control.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience.
- Experience with process improvement tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, Problem solving, etc.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
