**Requirements**
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- No specific education level required.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu

**Responsibility**
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests, answering their questions, recommending menu items and specials, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently and enter them into the system.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner, observing proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and tidy restaurant environment, including tables, chairs, and dining areas.
- Assist with table setting, including laying out tablecloths, silverware, and glasses.
- Perform opening and closing duties, such as setting up and breaking down tables, cleaning and organizing the dining area, and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen crew to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and tidy appearance and adhere to dress code and grooming standards.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions and ensure accurate billing.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Developing a deep understanding of the restaurant's menu and services to provide excellent customer service.
