The General Clerk is essential for ensuring the efficiency of office admin operations and supporting the construction team.
**Job Description**:
- Preparation, tracking and filing for all documents for the construction department.
- Maintain up to date and organized filing system.
- To ensure all material received as per DO and PO description.
- Perform general office and administrative duties assigned by the superior.
- Operating copying, printing and other clerical tasks.
- Providing general support to other departments as and when needed.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Able to speak in Malay/English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
