Internship Office Management

Assist HR team in various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Aid in organizing and maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with HR-related projects such as employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluations, and policy updates.
- Support the administration team with tasks including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Admin departments as needed.
**Requirement**
- Pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Office Management, Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to do internship for 3 months or more. Immediate available is preferred.
- Required to be based at Phileo Damansara & The Intermark.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM850.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
