**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and new retail partnerships.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development support.
- Retail Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals with retail partners.
- Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Operational Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
- Ensure timely delivery and stock availability at retail outlets.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong understanding of retail distribution channels and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
