ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

**Core Business Application System Functional Knowledge and Skills**

1. Ability to conduct System Requirement Gathering

2. Ability to conduct Business Requirement Analysis

3. Ability to convert Business Requirement into System Solution Design

4. Ability to understand System Configuration, Setup and modelling

5. Ability to conduct System Training to Business Super User, End User

6. Ability to write System requirement document, System Design Flowchart and User Training guide,

7. Knowledge in Application System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

8. Ability to communicate with Development team for system development, review technical design document and signoff

9. Knowledge in managing new system User Acceptance Test (UAT)

11. Monitor the company’s Supply Chain Management system performance and growth

12. Ensure user conformance to procedures and data integrity

13. Ability to develop System implementation Project Plan and Schedule

14. Ability to coordinate and communicate across different project with other Project Manager

**Business Processes Knowledge**

1. Knowledge in Supply Chain Planning - Production, Capacity and Material Planning

2. Knowledge in ERP Applications - Inventory, Bills of Material, Work In Process, Purchasing and Order Management

3. Knowledge in IT Technologies - OBIEE, PLSQL, Reports

**General requirements**

1. The appointee will support IT activities in the Asia operations and will be stationed in Malaysia.
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED
- Bachelors with Computer Science/Computer/Software Engineering major

SKILLS- Good expertise in PL and SQL, Reporting (Power BI/Tableau), Interfaces, Forms, SOA
- Knowledge in Methodology: Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)
