**Job Purpose**:
The Sales Analytics Manager will play a critical role in supporting the SVP in managing the sales team's effective use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce & Zoho). This role ensures accurate, consistent, and standardized CRM usage across global sales teams and delivers timely sales and financial performance analyses to guide strategic business decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**CRM System Management & Compliance**
- Oversee day-to-day CRMsystem usage by regional and global sales teams.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance with CRM standards, and uniform adoption of CRM best practices.
- Work with sales managers to drive CRM adoption, train users, and support change management efforts.
- Design and implement CRM workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation as needed.
- Drive the migration from Zoho to Salesforce
**Sales & Financial Analysis**
- Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports, KPIs, pipeline metrics, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis and market trend evaluations to support business planning and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to align data sources and improve reporting accuracy.
**Stakeholder Support**
- Serve as the key liaison between Sales, Finance, and IT teams for CRM-related projects and data needs.
- Support SVP in executive presentations, board-level data preparation, and strategic initiatives.
- Recommend improvements to sales processes based on insights from data analysis.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Education**:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- MBA or related postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
**Experience**:
- 58 years of experience in a sales operations, CRM administration, or business analytics role.
- Proven experience managing or administering CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong background in data analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools (Power BI).
- Experience working in global or multi-regional teams preferred.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level), CRM systems, and BI tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to train and support sales teams with varied levels of technical proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Working Conditions**:
- Based in EC-Councils **India (Hyderabad/Bengaluru)** or **Kuala Lumpur** office.
- Occasional travel may be required for training, audits, or regional meetings.
- Hybrid working arrangements may be available based on team needs.
