**Junior Business Executives**

We are looking for self-driven Business Executives who possess innovative business creativity and a comprehensive understanding of business operations to enhance and streamline our processes in Marine industries. Your expertise in streamlining our business operations will help our organization thrive and maximize efficiency and profits.

**Business Executives Responsibilities**:

- Understand the company's overall business direction to set clearer goals
- Collect provided services info. and itemize detailed bills for each respective client.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to monitor and manage client billing statuses.
- Improve business productivity, programs, and policies with KPI tools
- Establish consistent procedures, guidelines, and systems (SOP) and across the company to ensure efficiency, quality control, and sustainable growth.
- Follow up day-to-day vessel operation activities.
- Introduce and implement innovative short and long-term business goals.
- Liaise and consult with clients, staff, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
- Support project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Ad Hoc Tasks

**Business Executives Requirements**:

- Business admin degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English, Malay & Chinese)
- Willing to learn and explore about Marine Industries (Regulations).
- Develop innovative business strategies to enhance productivity
- Strong networking skills.
- Self-Independent, Ethical behaviour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
