**Position Overview**
Weaver International is seeking a dynamic and motivated **Customer Success Specialist - Product Education** to lead the development and delivery of impactful training programs for our **Enterprise Digital Collaboration Platform**. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our clients and internal teams are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to fully leverage our solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a **Customer Success Specialist - Product Education**, you will:
- **Design and deliver engaging training programs** (in-person and virtual) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product specialists and stakeholders to **create tailored learning paths** based on user needs.
- **Lead onboarding sessions** for new hires to ensure a smooth start and strong platform understanding.
- **Develop and maintain training materials**, including user guides, e-learning content, and training videos.
- **Manage and update content across learning platforms** to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- **Host webinars, workshops, and Q&A sessions** to support ongoing user education.
- Collect feedback and training data to **evaluate effectiveness and implement improvements**.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Delivery teams to **align training with product updates and customer goals**.
- **Update product online help document and manuals**.
- **Assist in resolving customer support tickets when needed** to ensure timely and accurate user assistance.
**Qualifications**
What We’re Looking For:
- **1-2 years of experience** in training, customer success, instructional design, or a related field.
- **Proficiency in both Mandarin and English**, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- **Strong presentation and facilitation skills** for both virtual and in-person training sessions.
- **Experience creating training materials**, such as guides, e-learning modules, or instructional videos.
- **Strong organizational skills** and keen **attention to detail**.
- A **collaborative mindset** and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Willingness to travel** occasionally for in-person training or client sessions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
