Job Description:
- 1. Prepare full set of accounts - AR, AP, GL, Inventory, Bank Reconciliation, etc. 2. Prepare accounting-related reports, summaries and reconciliation. 3. Process and monitor payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, reimbursements and documentation. 4. Verify invoices and update all payment transaction to the accounting system on a daily basis. 5. Key in data into company accounting system. 6. Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy. 7. To assist and support in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports. 8. Handle filing, records keeping and assuring the accuracy of documents filing. *PREFERRED TO CHINESE CANDIDATES
