Kyc Analyst

**KYC Analyst - Financial Compliance (Jaya 33)**

**Work Location**: Plaza 33, Petaling Jaya - will relocate to Sunway Pinnacle in August or September.
- Work-from-office only. Malaysian citizens._

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- May be required to work on weekends (rotational basis)
- Conduct KYC checks in accordance with international compliance standards.
- Review and validate documentation submitted in both English and Chinese.
- Use internal platforms to verify and record customer identity and risk data.
- Escalate discrepancies or red flags as per SOP.
- Maintain full accuracy and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve KYC workflows.
- Participate in a mandatory 2-week training period with 100% attendance.

**Qualifications**:
**Must-Have**:

- Malaysian citizen only.
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Proficient in English for communication and able to read documents in Chinese.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Willing to work rotational weekends as required.
- Able to work on-site full time and commit to full attendance during initial training.

**Preferred/Nice to Have**:

- Open to fresh graduates with a keen interest in compliance or operations.
- Background in Finance, Economics, Business, Law is a plus.

**Salary Range: RM4,000 - RM4,500**

**Shift Allowance**: RM200 (afternoon shift) & RM400 (night shift)

**Expected Onboarding Date**: Preferably **28th July**or **first week of August 2025**

**PROJECT 2: KYC Analyst - Operational Back Office (Cyberjaya)**

**Work Location**: Global Solution Center, Cyberjaya, Selangor
- Work-from-office only. Malaysian citizens._

**Working Hours & Shifts**:

- Shift window: 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM (2 rotating shifts)
- Afternoon shift allowance provided
- 5 working days/week, rotational, including weekends
- Weekly 2 days off
- Perform non-voice KYC processing tasks in a structured, SOP-driven workflow.
- Review and validate identity documents and customer info.
- Input and update verified customer data using internal tools.
- Follow compliance rules while meeting KPIs for quality and productivity.
- Escalate issues that require further verification or fall outside SOP.
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

**Qualifications**:
**Must-Have**:

- Malaysian citizen only.
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Mandarin proficiency (reading/writing) and conversational English (min. B1).
- Detail-oriented, with strong data accuracy and reliability.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts including weekends.

**Preferred/Nice to Have**:

- Open to fresh graduates from any background.
- Prior experience in customer support, KYC, live chat, or admin/data entry is an advantage.
- No specific industry/domain experience required.

**Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM4,500**
- Based on current salary and experience_

**Shift Allowance**: RM200 (afternoon shift) & RM400 (night shift)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
