**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Haffen Clothing, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts to promote our brand and drive revenue growth. You will assist in various aspects of sales and marketing, including social media management, market research, and administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Management:

- Assist in managing and updating Haffen Clothing's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging content such as posts, stories, and reels to showcase our products and engage with our audience.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer partnerships to promote our brand.

2. Marketing Campaign Support:

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote our products and brand.
- Help create marketing materials such as digital ads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and a passion for fashion and marketing.
