**Job Description -** **Sales Training Coordinator**

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Salesperson to join Kuzin Academy. The main responsibility is to fill the Academy calendar with confirmed bookings by generating leads, converting inquiries into deals, and ensuring recurring customer engagement. This role requires strong salesmanship, excellent communication, and a passion for closing opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales & Lead Generation
- Develop a consistent pipeline of leads across individuals, corporates, schools, and agencies.

**Promote and sell the Academy’s offerings**:

- Workshops & Cooking/Baking Classes
- Private Culinary Events
- Team Building & Corporate Sessions
- Content Creation, Food Photography & Product Shoots
- Deal Closure & Conversion
- Negotiate and secure bookings with clear, persuasive communication.
- Follow up on all leads promptly and drive them to closure.
- Upsell packages and cross-sell services between Kuzin Academy and Treehouse Kuzin.
- Booking & Calendar Management
- Manage reservations and ensure maximum occupancy for all events.
- Handle group, school, and corporate booking requests (including HRD Corp programmes).
- Provide clients with booking confirmations, reminders, and post-event appreciation.

**Customer Engagement**
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing professional consultation.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
- Address feedback and concerns with a customer-first approach.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Submit weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Maintain and update a customer/prospect database.
- Provide insights on customer trends to support business growth.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Occupancy: 80-100% booking rate for scheduled classes/events.
- Conversion Rate: 30-40% of leads converted into confirmed deals.
- Corporate Bookings: 2-3 corporate/private events closed per month.
- Repeat Customers: 25-30% of bookings from returning clients.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or hospitality/event sales.
- Strong closing ability with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills to manage bookings, calendars, and client follow-ups.
- Knowledge of the F&B, events, or hospitality industry is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
