Handle full set of Accounts (AP,AR & GL)
- Responsible for timely preparation of financial reports in accordance with financial standards and government regulations
- Monitor and manage cash flow, petty cash and rental collection from tenants
- Liaise and resolve matters pertaining to external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers or other third parties
- Well verse with SST compliance, submission and payment
- Manage full cycle of monthly payroll functions that includes preparation and

processing monthly in an efficient accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for processing & checking attendance including leave, overtime, allowances and absenteeism
- Generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDC
- Preparation of company annual form E, EA and tax returns
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures & computer literate
- Required skill(s): UBS Accounting Software, MS Office, MS Word
- Required language(s); English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to start work immediately will be added an advantage
- Basic knowledge in Employment Act 1955 will be an added advantage

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
