Lab Assistant (Physiochemical) - 2 Vacancies To inspect incoming materials and outgoing products by conducting visual and measurement tests To conduct online-QC inspection on production line Routine sample analysis, data review and data documentation according to standard. Approved in-process production by confirming specification, conducting visual and measurement, communicating required adjustment to production supervisor. To monitor product quality along the production lines to ensure the production line staff adhere to good manufacturing practice, including line clean downs/ product change-over's / allergen control Ensure the GLP, HSE and QC practice in laboratory, QC and workplace maintain. To monitor laboratory related activities to ensure it is compliance to ISO 17025, other QMS requirements and internal procedures at all the time. Ensure all inspection are properly recorded. Involve with any quality related process and practices. To perform other duties as assigned. Lab Assistant (Microbe) - 1 Vacancy To register microbe sample and keep proper recording Routine microbe sample analysis, data review and data documentation. Routine culture media and test reagents preparation Routine laboratory utensils sterilization. Maintain laboratory equipment performance including conduct equipment verification check, tracking equipment calibration status. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in laboratory and workplace area. Ensure the GLP, HSE and QC practice in laboratory, QC and workplace maintain. Monitoring of culture media, chemicals, utensil and apparatus stock inventory. To document analysis result with proper recording To involve with any quality related process and practices. To perform other duties as assigned by superior.
