Actively promote restaurant-branded merchandise to in-store guests and at off-site events/pop-ups.
- Set up and maintain attractive merchandise displays in the restaurant and at promotional locations.
- Approach customers and share product benefits, stories, and usage tips to encourage purchases.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer product-related questions, and handle transactions when needed.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product development teams.
- Support marketing campaigns and social promotions by encouraging photo ops and user-generated content.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is properly tagged, stocked, and displayed.
- Represent the restaurant brand professionally at all times.

**Job Requirement**:

- Previous experience in promotions, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and engaging personality.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
- Basic sales skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
